Who I am
Who I am

I was born and have lived in Granada until I was 21 years old, during which time I grew up, practiced rhythmic gymnastics, and studied. I trained in Physiotherapy at the University of Granada and completed an "Erasmus Practice" scholarship at the University of Malta.

In 2009, I decided to move to Alsace, France, to develop professionally and personally.

With a diagnosis of type 1 diabetes at the age of 14, I needed to detach from family help to take care of the necessary treatments for this condition autonomously.

The time and experiences lived in "ma belle France" from 2009 to 2022 were decisive for me to be here now.

Working as a freelance physiotherapist, I wanted to delve a little more into the knowledge of the human body and its functioning. To do this, I studied the Master's in Osteopathy with the School of Osteopathy of Madrid and… (ohlalà, la vie!!) the trips to attend seminars, the workload, and therefore, the lack of time for my self-care, led to the symptomatic manifestation of a herniated disc, a glycemic imbalance, and burnout.

Thanks to this, yoga appeared in my life to stay.

I was lucky to find a wonderful studio that offered different modalities of yoga (hatha, Iyengar, ashtanga, kundalini, vinyasa) and meditation (Taoist, Zen, Vipassana).

For several years, I delved deeply into the practice of yoga on and off the mat, and my view of suffering and healing changed radically.

As a result, I could no longer treat my patients in the same way.

I then decided to pursue a university diploma in YOGA AND HEALTH at the Université de Lorraine in 2017/2018 and a 200-hour Hatha-Vinyasa Yoga training in Leymen, with Yoga Alliance International, in 2019.

After the covid pandemic, I decided it was time to return to my roots, bringing with me all this learning and sharing it with my loved ones and all the lives I encounter around me.

Currently, I offer physiotherapy and osteopathy consultations from a holistic point of view (physical, chemical, emotional, and energetic) in Loja and La Zubia, Granada.

I also offer yoga classes at the SlowFit center, located in Loja.

I continue to train in Hatha-Vinyasa yoga with Sebastián Arbondo, director of the Viola Tricolor School in Osaka (Japan).

I will be delighted to accompany you in developing a more intuitive relationship with yourself.

NAMASTE.
